If it is not right, we will make it right.

You have [RETURN WINDOW] from delivery to return anything, opened or unopened. We would rather you tried it and told us it was wrong than left it under the sink unused. Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and we’ll send instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [REFUND WINDOW] of the return reaching us. Original shipping isn’t refunded unless the return is our error.

Damaged or wrong items. Send a photograph. We’ll replace it and you keep the original. No return required.

Gifts. If it was sent to you as a gift, write to us and we’ll arrange a replacement or credit without involving the sender.
